Kashmiri Doon Ki Chutney

This chutney is a unique condiment from the Kashmir region of India. The walnuts give the chutney a rich nutty flavour and a velvety texture. The combination of spices adds warmth and depth to this savoury and slightly tangy condiment. Kashmiri Doon Ki Chutney is typically served as a side dish or a dipping sauce with samosas or pakoras. It is also a great accompaniment to grilled meats, vegetables, or rice dishes.
